On Tuesday 19 July and Wednesday 20 July 2016 the committee sent out emails to our email distribution list of current members. The emails concern an EGM that has been arranged for Wednesday 10 August 2016.
We have made attempts to ensure that our email distribution list is correct. However we still have a number of members that we do not have email addresses for. These people have been listed in articles published on the site on 14 July and 17 July 2016.
Also, there are a number of members where two or more people are sharing the same email address.
Please note that:
- There is not a 100% guarantee of emails that are sent being received. It is just like the post, it works most of the time. Sometimes an occasional email goes missing. This is a fact of life with any standard email system.
- Sometimes some emails get classified as junk mail. It is worth checking your junk mail folder to see whether an email is there if it is not visible in your inbox.
